Honestly, my first Systems4PT demo – we didn’t finish the demo. I asked them to leave. ‘Higher compliance, more collections, blah, blah… It’s the same thing you hear from every software demo. I’d heard it all and I didn’t need to hear it again.

After that I visited a friend of mine who uses Systems4PT in his practice. His practice is half the size of mine. I had six billing employees. He has one. I had nine to ten front desk stations and fulltime employees, he had two. I would not have believed it if I hadn’t seen it with my own eyes. Systems4PT is the only practice company I’ve found who delivers what they advertise.

Today, my past due accounts receivable has dropped by 90%. My collection cycle has declined from 70 days to 29 days.
