Below you will find a small sampling of letters we have received about Systems4PT for your perusal.

Atlas Physical Therapy

Systems4PT and Focus Collections have been a good fit for Atlas Physical Therapy.  We appreciate the integrated, paperless system.  The efficiencies have been an important part of Atlas Physical Therapy’s success.   Given our volume and growth, Systems 4 and Focus made it very easy to grow.  Simply put, a paper system would not have worked or been any kind of efficient.

Focus Collections does a great job of making collections a “non issue”.  When problems come up, there’s clear communication and resolution.  I take care of the patients; Focus takes care of the cash.  That’s just the way I like it.

Systems4PT and Focus Collections have been key elements in Atlas Physical Therapy’s growth.    I know a lot of therapists who are mired in paperwork and worrying about payment.   For Atlas, documentation is efficient and collections are taken care of for us.  Not having to worry about getting paid is a huge relief / weight off of my shoulders.  We are able to completely focus on our patients.  I’ve noticed a clear correlation between our focus on patients and practice growth.

Thanks to our focus on patient care, Atlas Physical Therapy is adding staff and even thinking about our next location.

If you’re a therapist who wants to spend your time treating patients vs. busywork, I encourage you to check out Systems4PT and Focus Collections.   This approach really works.

Duanesburg Physical Therapy

Duanesburg Physical Therapy has been working with Focus for nine months.  During this time our collections per claim have averaged 19.3% higher than with our previous approach to billing and collections.

Having interacted with many other physical therapy practices in the local area I am also thrilled with the fact that our average collections per claim over the past nine months with Focus has been 10.3% higher than the regional average.

Meanwhile, because we are free to focus on clinical excellence, we are expanding the practice in both patients and therapists!

I recommend the Focus Program without hesitation.

Robinson Physical Therapy

Robinson Physical Therapy and Health Center, Inc. has worked with Systems4PT and integrated Focus Collection Services for 10 months.  Prior to that, we had outsourced our billing with another firm.

With the old billing company, our collection cycle was in the 40’s.   With Focus our collection cycle dramatically improved to 13 days.  On average, we collect our money 13 days after we sign the note (this includes workers comp and motor vehicle).    During our 10 month experience our collection cycle has never been above 18 days.

The difference between Focus collections and my old billing company is that Focus spends their time collecting.  The data is accessible in my practice; I can see it all.  Focus calls, corrects, and rebills 96.5% of my past due claims within the month.   This was exactly what we were looking for.

Since switching to Integrated Focus Collection Services, our collections per claim have increased 7.6%.

If you’re not satisfied with your current billing & collections results I encourage you to take a look at Systems4PT and Focus.  The numbers speak for themselves.

Kipnis Physical Therapy

We’ve got 2 locations, a staff of 15 therapists, doctors, and other related healthcare workers and everyone is flat-out-busy.

Kipnis physical therapy is in a complex, metropolitan market.  We treat hundreds of pts per day and its normal to bill out claims to payors in three or four states every day, and sometimes internationally.  Needless to say, our billing is about as complex as it gets.  Prior to Systems4PT we struggled with significant payment shortfalls.  Six to eight full time billing employees – we just couldn’t keep up.  At times we’ve had seven figure shortfalls. Not to mention the enormous cost for space requirements, computer stations, and file systems to house our “paper” system.

Honestly, my first Systems4PT demo – we didn’t finish the demo.  I asked them to leave.  ‘Higher compliance, more collections, blah, blah…  It’s the same thing you hear from every software demo.  I’d heard it all and I didn’t need to hear it again.

After that I visited a friend of mine who uses Systems4PT in his practice.  His practice is half the size of mine.  I had six billing employees.  He has one.  I had nine to ten front desk stations and fulltime employees, he had two.    I would not have believed it if I hadn’t seen it with my own eyes.  Systems4PT is the only practice company I’ve found who delivers what they advertise.    I called them back, demo’d the system and installed it as soon as I could.

Today, my past due accounts receivable has dropped by 90%.  My collection cycle has declined from 70 days to 29 days.  I’m collecting more money, and those funds are coming in consistently, every single week. This is better than we have done in the last three years.  And I’m doing this with two billing employees.  (Versus the six I used to use), and 4-5 front desk associates instead of 10. And, during the “dark days” of Medicare payment holds in July and August of 2008, our collections never suffered. Mistakes.   My biggest mistake was not installing Systems4PT five years ago.  I’ve spent more than what the system costs ‘trying to fix the problems myself’.        Our practice is still double time busy, billings remain complex and multi state.  But today – we have higher compliance, and much stronger cash flow with less administrative staff and 1/3 the billing department. I serve on several Boards including Hospital for Special Surgery Rehab Advisory Board, Orthonet, and others, which oversees the outpatient rehabilitation services in the greater New York City, tristate area.   As part of my duties on the boards, we review practices involved with this network of services.   As a group, we’ve discussed that “there isn’t a great EMR system out there for P.T.”

Today – When I have that same conversation I always give the same answer, “Why don’t you stop by my network.  We’ve found it!”.
