I called Systems4PT’s Vice President this past 4th of July. (I’ve never had a software vendor who’s V.P. gave me his cell phone number – let alone answered it on the 4th of July!). I called Dan to let him know that we had just concluded our fiscal quarter of using Systems4PT installation at Taylor Rehab.
I told him that:
- Patient treatments were steady with the prior year
- And cash collections were up 10%
Just like he said during his demo. Collections up 10% ! Watching the system work, I can see how. Using Systems4PT, Taylor Rehab’s operation are much tighter than ever before. Every number is under control (nothing is hidden in file cabinets). And I love the fact that I can push buttons and view corporate data regarding treatments, collections, A.R. and unresolved compliance issues.
I was so thrilled that I just had to call him. My cash is up 10%. How many people can say that in 2009!
